Boards are great to have a clear overview of your tables and charts. They help you visualize your data, make a point and collaborate with your team.
Here you will learn how to comment on a board, edit your comment, tag someone and resolve a conversation.
View all open conversations in a board
The number of open conversations are located in the speech bubble next to the "Edit board" button.
Post a new comment
To post a new comment on a board, just go over a board widget and click on the speech bubble on the right corner of it.
The conversation side panel will open. You can start writing your comment, it will be linked to the widget in the board.
To assign a task to team mate, you can type "@" in a comment and enter the first letters of his/her name. We will send him/her an email with a direct link to your comment.
Resolve a conversation
To resolve a conversation you started, click on the checkbox next to your comment. No worries, it is always possible to see all resolved conversations in a board and to re-open a conversation.
See all resolved conversations
Click on the 3 dots on the conversation side panel to see resolved conversations.
Even if there aren't any open conversations, you can still see the resolved ones, like shown below.
Edit / Delete a comment
To edit your comment, click on the 3 dots next to your comment and click "Edit message".
For now you can't delete your comment, you can either edit them or resolve the conversation.
