In order to create your account, you will be invited by the administrator of your company Workspace. You will receive an email invitation with a link to create your password.
Remember to use your professional account to sign in to Pigment.
If you received the invitation, created your password and still can't login, you can contact us using the chat button on bottom right of your screen.
If you forget your password, click on "Forgot password". But if you're reading this, you've probably already done this. 😌
You may have received an email telling you that you can't reset your password.
Here is why:
You received the invitation over 72 hours (3 days) ago and the link has expired. Ask the Workspace administrator in your company to send you a new invite.
You don't have the access rights to the Workspace. Ask the Workspace administrator in your company to modify your access rights.
